Technisonic believes training is critical to the success of any communications program.  Understanding your communications equipment and its operation can easily make the difference between and success and a failed mission.  For that reason alone, Technisonic is vested in ensuring the guard is well trained and supported in the operation and theory behind the TDFM-9000.  Based upon Land Mobile Radio (LMR) technologies, the TDFM-9000 is the communications Gateway for Army Aviation into Civilian Emergency Services.  Due to the highly customizable operation of the TDFM-9000, a single operations guide is insufficient, therefore you will find on the page below, Multiple training resources, from PowerPoints, to Webinar opportunities,  to Video training resources for both basic features and operations, to LMR theory.   Technisonic wishes to ensure the resources are provided to your units, regardless of hour, or circumstance.

Technisonic Webinar Training 

The TDFM Webinar Series is presented to help familiarize, or re-familiarize you with basic TDFM concepts such as updating radio firmware, Setting up proper Radio Ergonomic, Adding and Deleting a channel, Global Settings, and core software interactions.

Each Webinar typically last between at 30 to 60 minutes and will be hosted on the ZOOM platform. To sign up for or request webinar support for any session or need, please RSVP with the specific meeting # or request to jhuddock@tfcomm.net for your confirmation.

The proper meeting link and code will be provided one day before the meeting to your confirmation email. Simply follow the link, a download of Zoom may be required, please allow time for setup if you have not utilized Zoom prior to your event.
